We have just returned from an inspiring week in San Francisco, where we took part in the INNOVIT – Italian Innovation and Culture Hub acceleration program dedicated to Hardware & Robotics.
Together with five other scale-ups from the CDP Venture Capital SGR's Value Creation Program portfolio, we were selected to join the second edition of this initiative, designed to support the international expansion of Italy’s most innovative companies in the hardware and robotics industry that contribute significantly to the development of new technologies and applications in this strategic field.

From October 27th to 31st, our CEO Andrea Bertaia immersed himself in an intensive schedule of training sessions, mentoring and networking, gaining direct access to the heart of the Silicon Valley ecosystem - one of the world’s most dynamic hubs for frontier technology and venture capital.

The program aims to accelerate the international expansion of Italian startups by facilitating access to foreign capital and supporting their entry and scale-up in the U.S. market.
The initiative brought together more than 50 industry experts, investors and key stakeholders from the Silicon Valley ecosystem and included visits to local companies as well as a meeting at the Consulate General of Italy in San Francisco.
Being part of such a vibrant community of innovators and global tech leaders was truly inspiring. For ALBA Robot, this was a unique opportunity to share our vision for the future of autonomous personal mobility, build strategic partnerships and accelerate our path toward global growth.
A huge thank you to INNOVIT and CDP Venture Capital SGR for creating such an impactful program and for bringing Italian innovation closer to the U.S. market. We are grateful for the support of an exceptional team of professionals.
