The Entrepreneurship World Cup, that took place in Riyadh from the 9th to the 12th of March 2023, saw Alba Robot selected among the Top 40 companies out of 30,000.
The Entrepreneurship World Cup, co-hosted by the Global Entrepreneurship Network and Monsha'at, the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority in Saudi Arabia, is one of the biggest and most diverse startup pitch competitions and support programs, offering winners life-changing prizes.
Every year, tens of thousands of entrepreneurs from over 200 countries compete for a share of US $ 1 million dollars in cash prizes and millions more worth of investment, support and publicity through national pitch competitions, bootcamps and a global finals event attended by leading investors.
However, the EWC is more than just a pitch competition: it connects applicants with world-class training, resources and mentorship to enhance their skills and take their ventures to the next level.
Participating in the EWC was such a great experience! Andrea Bertaia had the chance to connect with entrepreneurs and investors from all around the world, sharing our project and discovering many others.
