Enhancing the UX of our operator app and passenger display interface

We are proud to share the experience of Marco Bosaglia, who recently completed his internship at ALBA Robot as part of his Master’s degree in User Experience Psychology at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Combining design and psychology, the Master’s program equips students with the best methods and tools to deeply understand users’ needs and contexts — a perspective that perfectly aligns with our mission to make technology more inclusive and human-centered.


During his internship, Marco applied his expertise to help us design a clear and intuitive UX interface for both our operator app and passenger interactive display. By keeping users’ psychology at the heart of the process, he ensured that every design decision met their specific needs and expectations.

The result is a new interface that prioritizes accessibility and ease of use, making our passenger display intuitive for a wide range of users with diverse needs and abilities. Marco’s contribution not only brought significant value to our robots but also helped us enhance our overall service quality, delivering solutions that are both functional and empathetic.

In addition, he successfully developed a new visual identity that aligns perfectly with our brand values, creating a cohesive and engaging experience that truly reflects who we are.
