Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Workplace

As the representative of a company associated with Unione Industriali di Torino, our CEO Andrea Bertaia joined other local companies to take part in the signing ceremony of the “Charter for Equal Opportunities and Equality at Workplace”.

The Charter, part of the European Commission’s Diversity Charters network and promoted in Italy by Fondazione Sodalitas, is a declaration of intent to promote gender equality and inclusion in the management policies of both public and private organizations.

For us at ALBA Robot, this marks a significant step in reaffirming our commitment to diversity, inclusivity and equal opportunities in the workplace.

By signing this Charter, we pledge to foster a company culture that is increasingly fair and respectful of differences - differences that should be valued in all their forms.
